Week 11 Reading Notes

The Golden Goose

- There was this beautiful goose who had golden feathers

-  The goose resided near a mother and daughter whom were very poor

-  He always thought that if he were to give them one of his golden feathers they wouldn't be poor anymore

- He did eventually give them the feathers and they were able to sell it for some good money

-  The mother was skeptical that the goose would not return, so she wanted to get all the feathers off of him the next time they cross ways.

-  He eventually came back, and plucked all the feathers off of him

- Little did the mother know that if the feathers are plucked without permission, they are not worth value

Introduction to a Future Advertiser

  Hello everyone! My name is Nicholas Kutcher, I am from Frisco, Texas, and  I will be graduating from the University of Oklahoma this spring. I am an Advertising major, and the coolest thing about my major is I get to advertise for local businesses, hoping to get their name out to the public. I think this is interesting because if there was no advertising, it would be harder for business owners to promote their own businesses. One of the best classes I took last semester was Advertising media. Although it was a tough class, I got to work in a group to come up with a campaign idea for a business. I enjoyed it because it was something I could learn from in the real world when I graduate. My favorite movies are Step Brothers, and Old school because they make me crack up every single time I watch them. Week 6: The Video Game competition

  It all started last year when Fred, a very talented video game player, got invited to the highest stage there could be for video game players. He was always practicing, and would always be praised by his peers for his excellence on the sticks. He also would always attract the cute girls at his school in Texas because his skills were something no one ever could compete with. Fred was very arrogant, but he had a reason to be because he was not only the best video game player at the school, he was being noticed at the highest of levels. He was not only getting noticed at the highest level, he was apart of them as well. Fred is known for being the best at shooting games, but he has little to no experience in sports game. Jason, a fellow peer of Fred, is also a gamer but he doesn't have the accolades Fred has.
